The sweetness of panela softens the bitterness of propolis, while the bitterness of propolis provides an intense flavor to panela.

WASANBON Type

 “Snow Sugar” South American Wasanbon
Wasanbon is a type of sugar known in Japan, and traditionally produced in Kagawa and Tokushima prefectures. It is often used in traditional Japanese sweets, but because its production is time consuming, it is considered a high-quality sugar with the highest price.
In our company, we have been able to produce this Wasanbon industrially and as a result we have been successful in lowering its cost.
Enjoy the unique, snow-like texture of Wasanbon which melts gently in your mouth, and its unique deep flavor that only sugar cane molasses, as raw material, can provide.

Native of the southern part of Bolivia, beautiful as a ruby, we have developed an ideal salt by refining a salt rock.

Not only is its magenta color beautiful, but it also has a mild flavor, low salinity, which combines perfectly with meat, fish and vegetables. Also, it contains a considerable amount of iron, recommended for people suffering from anemia.

Natural Salt (Salar de Uyuni)
